In relation to your employment or intership at Maastro, we request you to fill in our registrationform. This information is necessary for registration in our systems, setting up your contract or agreement and payment of salary.

On your first day at Maastro, you will receive a smartcard from Maastro. This smartcard gives you authorisations for the necessary access in our building. When your contract at Maastro ends, the smartcard needs to be handed in. When you don’t hand in the smartcard, € 50,- needs to be paid for this. At the bottom of this form we request to confirm that you took note of this policy.
