I studied at Maastricht University, where I obtained my BSc in Health Sciences and MSc in Health policy, economics and management. I started working at Maastro in 2016. I have worked on several research projects and created a proven track record as research support officer for Prof. Dr. Maria Jacobs. I currently work as a policy officer/ project coordinator at the department of Research Affairs. I coordinate (inter)national research projects, translate research activities into policy and write non-scientific as well as scientific texts for grant applications and scientific publications.
During my work for Prof. Jacobs my interest in innovation implementation grew and I started my own PhD track in 2020. Untill now, my research focuses on building, validating and evaluating a prection model to improve innovation implementation.
