The goal of this study is to establish the impact and value of the treatment choice tool in clinical practice. We will test the effect of the tool on knowledge, decisional conflict and the shared decision making process. Furthermore, we will assess whether using this tool leads to other decisions regarding treatment.

Primary Endpoint

To define decisional conflict.

Secondary Endpoints

Risk perceptions, comfort with decisions, more patient participation and empowerment, difference between decisions made with or without the treatment choice tool and the degree physicians involve patients in shared decision making.
